Description: Run a 1year school readiness centre for Grade0/GradeR. This incumbent will oversee and provide maths and English literacy foundation for 2nd lanuage English speakers to prepare them for entery into primary school as a Grade 1.south africa accademic year is from mid-January to early December.Incumbent needs to: Be passionate about developing 5-6yr olds. Be willing to lead a team of teachers. Be flexible and resourceful in a poorly resourced situation. Be will to engage with parents and greater community. Be comfortable working in African inner-city environment. Be a self started and good finisher.Every ministry exists for the sole purpose of bring young people to a saving knowledge of Jesus, and then discipling them to go and do likewise. The actual ministry just provides the environment to build the trust and relationship to do the above
