out the finer points of the amazing versatility of the Big Green Egg when
they attended an Eggcademy cooking session with award winning Durban
Chef, Andrew Draper in Umhlanga recently.
On the menu? Smoked Chicken on a cucumber, strawberry and quinoa salad,
Chargrilled dukka rubbed lamb on roasted vegetables, pear soufflé with spiced
Muscovado cream. The verdict from the guests? “Amazing! The flavours just
seem to pop. What a fun way to entertain!”
