My Knowledge/Experience

I have been working in the Customer-service occupational sector for more than 7 years. In the last employment I was working at The Foschini Group.

So far I have not gained any managerial experience but the experience I have gained is an excellent record of customer service relations. My peers

can contest that.

The experience I do have is from interacting with customers whether it be over the phone or in person with all the job sectors I have

worked in for the past 7 years.

I am a very hardworking, driven, punctual, neat and always on time and adapting to change.

My previous job working as a call centre multitask agent provided me with the ideal experience for this position.

For seven years, I developed many of the skills required for this job, including answering phones and email, processing

payments, and entering data on multiple computer programs.

I am known for going above and beyond for My employers and My customers.

For example, I taught myself How to install software on computer/Laptop Just by observing, I refurbish more than one desktop,

simply out of a passion to learn more of how IT works as i never had the opportunity to study further. I know you are looking for a
