Fitted with Fairmont GT motor / 351 Cleveland 5.7L
Beautiful condition for a 48 year old lady
Dear car enthusiasts,
She was built up by a car enthusiast in the West Rand in 2000’s. On 15/04/2000 the engine was rebuilt and only driven now and again as it was mostly on show. She still starts up on the first swing and roars like an animal as she has a free-flow banana branch with no silencers. The oil cooler that was fitted under front bumper comes from an old locomotive that worked deep under the ground for many years. She floated between a few owners that took real good care of her until I bought her about six years ago.
Since then she’s hardly been driven and spends her days in a dealership showroom where she is taken care of.
She runs beautifully no matter how hard you push while her temperature gauge stays on mark. It fluctuates a little in traffic but nothing to worry about, it’s normal for such an oldie. Otherwise she takes the open road like a queen and turns heads all along.
The reason for selling is simple, I’m a wheelchair user and I need the cash to fix up my old chair as a backup. You’d be amazed at how expensive electric wheelchairs are.
How did I get to my price? That is what she’s worth to me… You’ll never find another one like her, a real gem.
